How long will it take to get my order?

Wholesale orders require 48 hours to pack.  Once complete we will send you a notifcation that your order will be shipped via courier or ready for pick up at our Oakville Location. 

Free pickup at our Oakville Location?

Yes, absolutely.  We have the option on our website of free pickup at our Oakville location.  Simply choose that option when checking out.  Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your order.  

Online returns?

Wholesale orders may not be returned unless damaged.  Please tell us within 20 days if there is something wrong with your order.  

 

What are essential oils? See below for an explanation to your customers:

Essential oils are the concentrated oils found in plants (leaves, petals, stems, rind and roots).  The spray you notice when you peel an orange, the aroma you smell when you press lavender between your fingers are the essential oils of those plants.  Essential oils are composed of naturally occurring chemical compounds which have properties (such as antiseptic and anti-fungal).  However, new research is indicating  that essential oils can have beneficial effects on moods and even memory!   It's common for people to mistake synthetic fragrances with essential oils but once you get on the path of using essential oils in daily life, you'll never go back and your nose will definitely know the difference!
